Before the Milestrong's STJ Series products are shipped, the aging inspection of the led screen was carried out. During the 72 hours of detection, the lamp beads always maintained a stable luminous state, and the color consistency was also maintained. The output voltage and current of the power supply are extremely stable, which can continuously and accurately provide the electric energy required for the lamp bead and other components, ensuring the stability and safety of the power supply of the whole product. The LED chip and driver also play their role steadily, ensuring the efficient operation of the whole LED product. The stable performance of these key components during the 72-hour aging test is a strong proof that STJ products have reached a high standard of quality and performance, ensuring that the LED products delivered to customers have stable and reliable performance.

However, the excellent product is not only reflected in its own quality, but also reflected in the shipment process of careful packaging. During long-distance transportation, the screen can be exposed to a variety of potential risks, so it invests a lot of effort in the packaging process. First, each piece of screen is packaged in a carefully customized carton, which is perfectly sized to the screen and tightly wraps the screen, preventing it from shaking during transportation. Inside the carton, soft cushions, such as foam pads, are added, which effectively absorb the external impact force and provide the first layer of protection for the screen.

To further enhance the protection, wooden panels were added to each set of screens in addition to the cardboard boxes. The boards are carefully selected and machined to have sufficient strength and toughness to withstand the extrusion and collision that may occur during transportation. The wooden packaging is also cleverly designed to not only hold the screen in place and prevent it from moving, but also leave enough space around it so that the screen will not be directly impacted by external forces even if it is bumped during transportation.
